Best PvPWindy Items?

Planning to make a godly PvP Windy. I plan to hit 99fcr and 99fhr, but I'm not sure how I'm going to hit the 99fhr...Heres the items i will use

Shako (Will need to shael, 20FHR)
Maras
Mage or Dusk Enigma
Hoto
Arachs
2 FCR Rings
Trang Glove
Sandstorm (20FHR)
Stormshield

With the above items, I can hit 99fcr easy, but as to fhr, i can only get 40fhr from those items. Only way I can think of is to maybe get five 12fhr ele gcs? or maybe get one of those godly +2 druid 2 socket helms which will probably be impossible for me to get....someone plz help me >.<

CoA with 2* Shael runes give you 70% fhr...
the str req for CoA might be a little high but i use it on my Dru with base str so its doable at least :)

or u can change those Sandy's for Shadow Dancers (30% fhr)

yeah i was thinking about the CoA too. Not really sure what to do yet. Also been trying to trade for a 20-25dex shadow dancer but can't get my hands on one, if anyone has one on uswest ladder, i'd gladly trade with you in runes. (*BoA-JimmY)

helm: +2 druid/+3 tornado, 10% fhr with 2x shaels/+6 tornado with 2x shaels
armor: enigma
weapon: hoto
shield: ber'd stormshield for melee and dvd'ing and sanctuary for casters
belt: arachnid's mesh/10% fcr, 24% fhr belt with lots of life and strength
gloves: magefists
boots: sandstorm treks
rings: fcr rigns with lots of life and lots of strength
amulet: gaea's amulet of the whale/+2 druid,9%+ fcr, 10% frw with lots of life and strength/+2 drudi with 19% fcr
charms: annihilis, natural gradn charms of vita/balance to get 99% fhr

you'll have 6-6.5k tornado with 7kish life.

too bad its like nearly impossible to get a helm like the one you're talking about greatdivorce or else i'd be done with my druid already =(, thx for the eq setup tho

I had a +3 ele/+3 tornado 2 sock w/ sheals. Think thats slighty better than +2 druid if you like more damage. If you dont care about using dupes theres always those boots w/ strength fcr and resists, not much defense though and way more expensive than eth treks :( . I prefer trang over mage though because of the cold resist and defense, but if dont need those mages are better.

Yes it is worth getting, It is interesting I am wondering since I am on ladder of tsting the spirit shield, etc. and seeing if the next breakpoint is worth a thought.

The 99% FHR is worth getting if you PVP yet you will not always need the FHR and can switch items as needed depending on who you are dueling.

99 FHR is important as the 99 FCR, if you get stunned you can't Teleport, you can't attack; you're dead.
