A friend told me tha I can no longer use leaching on claws on hell and nightmare on bosses like mephisto/baal/diablo. If Leeching no longer works against them, I might as well quit my assasin build, which is pretty much dependent on life leeching. Is this true, will life leeching work against bosses in Hell and nightmare?? or is al of this bull****.
You can't leech from Hell diablo and NM/Hell Meph. Leech effectiveness is only reduced for NM/Hell Andy, NM diablo and NM/Hell Baal. And I'm not even taking the difficulty penalties into account yet.

Leaching is severely nerfed and done away with against certain bosses as mentioned above, but you could always get a nice pair of Dracul's. The life tap on them allows you to leech and stay alive.

Nope. Cobra Strike is leech just like any other kind. Life Tap and Damage Taken goes to Mana are the only ways to get life or mana, respectively.
