how do wind druids manage to kill sorcs
in theory a wind druid shouldn't even be able to catch up to a sorc becase USUALLY a sorc casts 3 frames quicker
is it because the sorcs are just making mistakes?

im pretty sure most sorcs are gonna cast a lot slower than you in hurricane

Being Frozen doesn't affect Cast Rate.
To the original question; Being good at teleporting helps a lot, same with using the minion stack bug. Also sorc's have to stop to attack while you can teleport on them and let hurricane do the work if they have poor life/resists.
If your good at getting quick namelock's, 1-2 tornado's will usually finish them. Though this is just coming from a pubbie dueler.

The wind druid is very adept at killing sorcs. Cyclone Armour provides what one might call lucky shot protection by absorbing elemental damage dealt by sorc. It can be recast varies times throughout a duel and only a lazy windy will disregard this.
Secondly, Minions can take some damage away from windy also as mentioned above by Arewyn. These can also be recast at will to keep survival rate up.
Also a smart windy never chases a sorc for longer than two screens, due to poor cast rate. Chase the sorc away but never over commit as you will easily be lured into a fury of fireballs, lightning, blizzards, etc. Short well timed teleports make the sorc come within reach and then you move in for hurricane and tornado blast.
Good windies hit the 99/99 breakpoints for fcr/fhr and this keeps them quick enough to counter-attack sorcs.

I'd imagine you'd want to play a bit defensively, staying offscreen and not following them as to tele into their projectiles as they spam and tele away. If you do this, most duelers will tend to go on the offensive, especially sorcs that know they are teleing much faster than you. When this happens, do what they do. Spam nados and tele away. Because of the lingering nature of nados you'll probably kill an overly offensive sorc fairly fast. If they play well/safer, then tele away for a bit and then quickly change direction and try to catch them by being offensive when they thought they had you on the run.
The above is entirely theory, I have never played a Windy much more than a few runs on my friend's.
ehh if your the sorc, just dont get hit cuz you can tele so much faster.
the duel could take hours though if the druid is smart enough to recast cyclone
uhh just recast cyclone and you should have no trouble
and max res
Its the same concept with a ww barb.
Namelocks and predicting your opponents movements.
Getting extended namelocks by namelocking with rightclick nado then changing it to tele also works.
Setting up some nado fields an also work of the sorc likes to tele back and forth in the same vicinity; some also become invisible (like hammers, bs, and ga do).

this is all in the skills. some druids can catch up to sorces when they hit a certain bp.

either play very offensive chasing them until they make an attack, since when they are attacking, they aint teleing. then all you got to do is namelock them and they are dead. or you can play very defensive agaisnt them and wait for them to attack you whilein your screen and tele ontop of them and tornado down. most sorceresses are easy, but the ones with 200% fcr at usually the ones that are more diffuclt to kill especially lightnign and fire sincethey can attack through your cyclone armor.
