What would you suggest for a new character besides my summoner necro and blizzard sorc I am making. I am looking into a kicksin. Also if anyone would like to donate any items to a first time hardcore ladder player my account name is MercenaryOwnage on uswest. Also what should I aim for on a frost zealot stat, skill and items?

use your nec/sorc to mf for you new character.

LF/bow hybrid zon is always fun. Kicksin may get a tad tedious when you have actually kill each bad guy in the game. Chasing little peskies around the map is not my idea of fun. Mabye a hammerdin. somthin that can kill more than 1 monster at a time shoudl keep the fun there for you.

All you need to change from SC to HC is vitality. To be safe, try to have 350 life by end of norm, 700 by end of nm ~1000+ by act5 hell. Skills should be roughtly the same as sc however.

I have 860 life by the end of normal on my javazon so I guess I'm in good shape. :)

And anyways, a lightning fury/charged strike amazon is also a pretty decent char to start with. It can run nm cows and get pgems and lld gear that you can trade for other stuff. A Frozen orb sorc for mfing is also a pretty good starting character so you can build up an item base to equip other PvM chars.
