Need Opinions/Help on MLD Bone Nec

I want a MLD character to back up my LLDer's when some one brings their high levels in a game that has no restricts, and I figured a bone nec would work nicely. I'm leaning towards level 50ish, and I already have a PnB gc for him, and a pretty decent White wand (if that's what the best for it is). If anyone has some experience with MLD bone necs, could ya give me a few pointers? I made the character on Open and his damage was about 1.7k, this good? Thanks

1.7 sounds rather low for a 49. Care to list stats/skill/equip you tested on open?

I don't know if I hit a very good casting bp, and yea, damage seemed low. Skills looked like:
20 Bspear
20 BSpirit
1 Teeth
1 CE
1 Bone Prison
7 Bone wall
11 Bone armor

BSpear damage: 1636-1724
BSpirit damage: 1616-1731
Bone armor absorbs 400 damage

If anyone's got tips on improvements, lemme know. And I know a sweet rare circlet would be better, and my ammy could be improved, but anything else you see wrong/upgradable, please share.

10x p&b skillers would make a huge difference :). The amu is ok, but the pcrown should be replaced like you said. You hit the 75 break (20 from white+20 from mage+35 from viper) which is ok. 125 is hard to reach, perhaps 20 from circ + 2*fcr rings +amu with fcr, but then you'd lose a lot of mana and cbf which isnt worth it imho (although i'm not a nec expert, nor a mld expert ;) ). If you have sufficient mana (or you use mana pots in pub) you can look for a good rare belt with stats like 24%fhr, +20 str and +60 life, which would be a lot better than glooms if you have enough mana. The lack in dmg comes from not having 10 p&b, most mld have a full inventory with skillers.

IMO 1.7k is rather low for a level where you can use pnb gcs and +3 pnb gear.

My level 41 necros stats look like this:

1.9k spear (1.5k with max block)
800 spirit
520 bone armor
1.1k life
800 mana

He uses:

+8 White wand
+4 Spear Splendor / Ko Whitstan's Guard for melee
+2 pnb/20frw/mana/str/resist/20fhr rare circlet
Shael Vipermagi
100 life belt (should probably use string of ears or 24fhr/life/res rare)
Waterwalks
Magefists
+2 pnb/86 life ammy
2 soj or 1 soj/fcr rare for melee

Life/Mana GCs
Life/Mana LCs
Vita SCs

He takes care of most nubish hld bmers or lld bmers who come into lld games.
What he can't kill is mld lv55+ dual wielding barbs with ebug cruel balrog blades of quickness who know how to ww...

You need 10 more fcr to hit the 75% FCR bp, drop the ravenfrost and use a nice fcr ring. You don't need the cbf that much. Get a death sash in your stash if you're that worried about it.

You probably won't need gloomstrap much. Use something with fhr like a bladebuckle or rare belt. Even string of ears would be a decent choice for the %DR and MDR. FHR break to aim for is 56 at least. 86 might be kind of hard to reach without bladebuckle or a rare belt though.

Instead of 11 points into Bone armor, put one point in and the extra 10 into bone wall or bone prison. Bone armor gets more from the synergy, and bwall/prison synergize your damage spells as well.

Since you're made for dealing with bm people, you might want to get a wand/head with decrep on switch. Make use of bprison on people who can't teleport. Bonewall is good for blocking other spells or chargers if you do it early. Clay golems are nice vs melee for their slowing effect. You may want to put a point in that.

With pnb gcs your damage should be pretty high, but you will have fairly low life, so you'll need either godly gcs or 10 vita scs to fill in. Even then I don't know if you'll break 1k. You might not even want a full inventory of pnbs, and fill the rest with life/mana charms. Try using 5 or 6 pnb and the rest life/mana charms. See what damage, life, mana you have. I'd say aim for 2.5k spear or spirit and 1k+ life, 850+ mana.

Thanks for the help guys. I guess I just need to find that 10fcr ammy and buy a few more gcs and Ill be in business. I already know this character won't be the best that it could be, but I'm pretty sure it'll be more than enough to take the people I plan on dealing with.
