I just expiremented with other -15% req jewels and found they didn't lower the level requirement for the item, so what I had planned won't work.

As far as I know, - to requirements applies only to strength and dexterity requrements of the item.

The Dread Hand went missing. It should be on one of my chars but I can't remember who. The ring is in use right now.
