help me choose my merc

I'm playing single player(PvM)/semi-twinked/Rabies-Fury. I'm at level 47 in act 1 NM. I've maxed rabies and have 17 in Fury. I have the extra skill point from the first NM quest and am wondering which way to go at this point.

First choice, and the one I'm siding towards: Max OS and get a might merc.
Second choice, and one that I'd love some feedback on: Max HoW and get a HF merc.

This is my first Druid character, so I really don't know which is viable in a Hell difficulty boss fight.

Mercs receive something like ten times the damage you receive from bosses. That means they are prone to die quickly in boss fights. The same goes for spirits but at least they are instantly recastable. That being said, I would say neither, put 1 point into oak sage and max lycantrophy. If you already have, then I would choose the first option, oak sage and might merc. The reason for this is holyfreeze would slow the contamination of rabies to other monsters since they wouldn't gather around you(or grizzly) so fast.

Might would be a great selection. Depends on how twinked your merc will be.

i like the act 2 merc because its got aura

I decided on Might and HoW. The amount of damaging I'm doing in Hell is... umm... adequate. The merc has a near perfect ethreal Reaper's Toll. He's doing his job, but does seem to die frequently. I'm thinking that the Oak sage might have been a better choice. After all... there is a thing as "enough" damage, but I doubt I could have "too many" hit points.
