Yep, this is why in .09 bone armor necs with max DR (75% in .09) were utter tanks.

With Marrowwalk bug: 1105 damage absorbed.

If we factor in the 50% DR you have this effectively becomes:

Without Marrowwalk bug: 1820 damage absorbed.
With Marrowwalk bug: 2210 damage absorbed.

The amount of damage you will take depends on whether or not Decrep or Weaken is in place and how much damage the opponent does. If we assume that you are using Decrep on the thing that is attacking you, the BA effectively absorbs:

Without Marrowwalk bug: 3640 damage absorbed.
With Marrowwalk bug: 4420 damage absorbed.

Without the Verdungo's you are at 61%. That is over the max amount of DR. With verdungo's you are between 71% and 76%, depending on how perfect they are. The max amount of DR is 50%.
