i found a white monarch, if i do it in cube it maybe get 4 soc ha...but if i do it at larzuk will it automaticcly get 4 socs..or?

If the found that monarch in hell or near the end of nightmare. The ilvl should be enough for 4 sockets with larzuk.

that's only partially true

according to this (http://www.diabloii.net/items/sockets-list.shtml), every monarch with an ilvl of 40 or higher will get 4 sockets @ larzuk. However, i don't think monarchs can spawn with an ilvl of less than 40 since monsters with such a low lvl cannot drop monarchs. you can make a ilvl 1 monarch though by using the "1 El Rune + 1 Chipped Gem + Low Quality Armor = Normal Quality Armor of same type" Cube reciepe, which make the monarch used ilvl 1 (if shields work with this reciepe, but i think they do). So if you need a 4 OS monarch any found one will do, if you need 3 OS then look you a low quality one and use the reciepe
