when i played diablo, i liked the people i knew on it. then, if one stopped playing, i would wonder why. here i deducted a new meaning for a true aquaintance:
someone who can die with you knowing it.


heh. for all i know, all me fake buds could have taken the wrong flight and be dead. are your d2 friends (not the ones who go to your school) really your friends because you know them as far as some indirect chit chat and how they play a videogame?

to put this in a perspective: i ran into a nice guy on d2, he stopped, so did i, but we're keeping regular email contact, and he's one of my better friends for that.

then again, if you're 16, that chance is smaller. we're both 25+.

I've known both my co-leader and the leader of my clan for over 3 years, we've kept in solid contact via email or AIM when one of us wasnt playing D2.

It's nice. I've talked on the phone with both of them and I do consider both of them to be actual good real life friends of mine.

I would honestly call all of the Co-Founders of my clan to be real friends to me. We're the 5 ( and still only official) members of it, lol, and its great, we're in pretty constant email contact if we're not on d2. And it is POSSIBLE to find a really good friendship over this god forsaken game filled with thieves and evil do'ers! lol

those of you who think there are true friendship online are those who have no life =) flame me as u will, i dont believe in this ****, that's why i dont trust anyone online, they can screw you over anytime and u know it.

listen m8, you can yell all you want, but that YOU have had bad experiences doesnt mean that no-one can have good ones. Not that I havent met scum online. I met a guy who was a drunkard, and he wasnt interesting ins tealing your gear, he just wanted to hurt people emotionally. so he befriended you and then tried to spread trouble through your player group. really cute.
