I am east hardcore ladder and i was wondering if i got ripped. I traded a 25% maras and a stormshield for a hoto that was 33%, did i get ripped?

Kinda depends on how you look at things........Since SS is roughly Ist, and mara's I have no clue.......if you needed neither item and were able to get something useful to yourself.....then i'd say no to the rip. IMHO.

values are pretty close east and west

ss = ist
25 maras = vex - ohm

33 hoto = gul

i have gul for ur hoto.
and 25% mara cant get ohm, give me a break

hoto is Ko Vex Pul Thul

i think the trade is fair even the 33% is on the low side.

u cant think rip in trade, is always - do u need the items? or is it about the same value.

This is virtually a standard answer to questions like this, but as nobody else has posted it, I thought I would.

Basically, if you're happy with what you got and find it useful, then it was a good trade.

Well apparently the values were more varried then i was led to believe. I proce checked those items in trade channel last night and those were the values i was offered

In Europe realm that would've been a rip-off:
SS = mal - mal+um
Mara 25% = ~4 ist
Hoto 33% = ~3 ist
The prices seem to differ more than I would've expected between different realms.

You came out on the short end, but not too badly. The Maras alone should've gotten that Hoto, IMO (I traded a 22 maras for a 31 hoto just the other day).

So you pretty much gave him an S/S for free.

About second guessing trades though... don't. Not worth it, just pixels anyway.
