Just a dumb question

Hi,

I was browsing thru the Necro forum and someone was asking whether the concentration aura could boost Bone spear/spirit damage.

From there, i thought of this dumb question.
The druid is the only character that can inflict physical damage thru the use of spells.. tornado.. twister...I believe molten boulder and volcano also do. (well, maybe not the onli one.Sin has blade skills and sorc has telekiness)

So shouldnt these druid spells get a boost from the might, conc, fana aura, since they are doing genuine physical damage?

I'm 100% sure that Amplify Damage works in conjunction with Tornado so I don't see why auras' won't.

Meaning whoever casting tornado will have upped damage if there is a might merc beside?

Amp effects the critter that its placed on, the aura effects the druid. No aura increases elemental druid spells other than conviction, which again is put on the critter like a curse.

Yes, u r right.
However, the pally can boost blessed hammer damage with conc aura, and so shldn't it justify that aura can also boost other spells? As i mentioned, tornado does physical damage so naturally, it shld work with the ed auras

anyway, i think i am being silly here.

Origonaly back in classic conc's damage to hammers was considered by some a bug {not sure if it was}. So it was taken away.

I think the only reason it works with hammers now is because people wanted hammeradins back.

No aura will increase the damage of tornado or twister.
