Well, today me and my friend are just messin around joining pub duel games. We join a game called 'pk14' and there is 4 people; a bowazon, a cs zon, a windy druid, and a trapper...all in 1 party :rolleyes:. So me and my friend party up, and ask for 1v1 duels. I guess they were scared cause all of them went to the edge of the blood moore and started townguarding as soon as we host them. Its ok though, they had a reason to be scared...

It might just be me, but it appears that after the very first time when THEY all ran out to TG you, you sat RIGHT outside town spamming hammers//hurricane+tornado, and naked killed a few people over and over and over. Good work, Probably teled out to hit up those mana recharge shrines your maphack is showing as well?

This reminds me of this one time I was in a LLD/MLD game and some guy brought his high level wind druid because we wouldn't perm his high level necro (both lv89+ in a LLD game full of 20-50s mind you)...

He sat outside town and called us nubs because we wouldn't come out...but nonetheless he still called in his buddy to help him tg (he was scared of us 3 lv20-50 guys).
We all banded together and verbally abused him while he spammed stuff with caps lock on. Then they cried some more, gave us a farewell "WE PWN JOO NUBZ" and left.

There is an endless supply of caps-talking maphack losers who will tell you how lame your gear is (without even asking I might add). They are the elite I guess though. All bow down to them ;). Everyone post a screenie of how you nk'd whole games with help. I think the 1st post on this thread is a pitiful example of how mature gamers should act, but if morons could fly, this game would be the largest air traffic controller in the world...

I don't mean to apply this to just one idiot who thinks he is all that; if someone nks you, be the better player. It may feel good to nk at first, but you look and feel like a mindless noob after a while. Don't sink to their level.

To the original poster: What did you expect? This is a forum for intelligent and mature Diablo II players, not ebayers with mommy's credit card trying to look cool. Duel and play fair. Normally, I don't like being this outright mean, but come on. You belittle this forum by thinking that this kind of activity would be accepted and applauded.

Judging by how we dislike people who use bad manners in the game, I highly doubt that people would spam you and lie about beating you. Perhaps if you have been a member of the fourm longer than you have, you would realize that people here are very respectful and wouldn't act like that.

If you are referring to yourself as being mature, I'd advise you to review the various acronyms I saw in those screenshots. "PWNT" is a butchering of a rather lame term, "pwned", from "owned." I don't really consider shouting PWNT GG to be a mature, but that is just me.

As for your earlier comment, what makes you think I care if I come off as a noob? I play legit, and if that makes me a noob, then so be it. I am sending in those screens of you maphacking, but I don't think blizz will care.

You seem to think that part of being a good player is not only being able to kill 20+ people while standing right outside the town gate and making sure they are naked, but also making sure to spam various "1337" terms and hacking. Good job. By your definition, you are the best dueler ever.

You could easily be what our definition of a good dueler is, one that can kill non-naked players and won't have any bad manners, or you could continue to prove why most people hate public dueling games. Up to you.

Maphack is one of the most benign things on D2. Seriously, the only people I really hear constantly crying about it are people like you; crappy players that are just looking for something to hold over other peoples heads. I suppose you run around and look for people with navigation systems in their cars so you can whine to them about how its unfair to the other drivers without them.

Once you leave Battle.net, the people who post here are, at least from what I have seen, more mature and better gamers, not to mention smarter. I didn't brag about using maphack, everyone who posted in this thread besides me pointed it out. I just didn't deny using it, and I didn't give any reason why I should be allowed to use it, just my opinion of it. In fact, I'm not allowed to use it, but I do anyway... I'm sure you've never broken a rule in your life though.

Why bother nk? Maybe because I felt like it, or maybe because I thought that because they were using bad manners, while outnumbering us, didn't entitle them the respect of being dueled against fairly. I don't really want to duel you. You're the one that challenged me, and then bragged about how you were going to beat me. All I said was that between me and my friends, there's nobody on this forum that could beat us in a fair duel. If you don't play that much and don't enjoy it, then why bother? I doubt you'll be able to beat me anyway... Plus the way you and your friend handled himself earlier makes me want to avoid you guys anyway. There was no point to this thread in the first place. Posting pictures of screenshots is very egotistical. I duel on east, and I look for fair fights also, but I practice in a more acceptable manner that uses tact. I guess you were impressed with what you did, and wanted to show someone. This is not the place for it. Print it out and hang it in you locker or something. I know I did not say "WOW This guy PK'd some people!!!!". Its not that the "SwissPremium was slain by GAFAGAGAHA" message is new to me or other members of this board. I am good at dueling. I don't brag when I win, and I don't make excuses when I lose.

Im sorry for posting here again, as this is my last time on this thread. I think the point I have made in this post will again be misconstrued and eventually be a waste of a thought.

Like cookies said, its actually quite the opposite. The "crappy players" are the ones using maphack, seriously, why would you ever need any hacks to do well on diablo? Its not a hard game, therefore, you shouldnt need to cheat to do well at it. I dont see whats so hard about this. Ok, you admit you cheat, then you say how awesome you are, and shout "gg pwned" at everyone. You dont own a damn thing if you cheat to win. I've used this example before, and I'll use it again: its like entering the tour de france on a motorcycle, winning, and saying how awesome you are. Sure, you crossed the line first, you're still a cheater, nobody likes you, and nobody gives a **** that you won.

If we really wanted to analyze this, and I was anything of a psychologist, I would say that its intresting how you are willing to pass up the opprotunity to actually EARN a win for yourself, since a win achieved via cheating is worthless, simply so you can kill someone, even if you have to cheat to do it, which would say to me that you're more intrested in succeding to look good in front of other people than for the sake of actually suceeding. But hey, I'm no Freud.. just my thoughts on it.

Bottom line, you're a cheater, therefore, you have no grounds to claim any sort of victory of any kind, so just give it up already.
