+3 Trap Skills for Assassins
Level 2 Teleport Charges
Level 48 for non-sorcs I believe.

Any idea on the value of this? It seems like it would be a nice dueling item for those bereft of Enigma.

+3 trap amus are used a lot, and that is maybe the best suffix you can get. I guess you knew it yourself too, there must be a lot of mf-assassins after that one (though most of them not very rich, they'll give um or mal at most) and some duelers might value it even more. So, the old phrase goes:

You could get A LOT from a right buyer ;)
