+(6-7)% M/LS = exceptional
+(8-9)% M/LS = elite

+(20-130/150)% enhanced damage = original
+(131/151-300)% ED = exceptional
+(301-450)% ED = elite

+(10-20)% increased attack speed = original
+30% IAS = exceptional
+40% IAS = elite

+(20-230/250) to attack rating = original
+(231/251-400) AR = exceptional
+(400-550) AR = elite

These don't include the per-level affixes, just standard ED, ED+AR, AR, LS, MS, and so on. That dime blade has one elite affix going for it, two exceptionals and two originals, and I tend to think - for a rare to be worthy of upgrade - it needs at least three affixes in the next higher category; this has only one.

Some say four, since it could have high dual leech and AR, but the damage might not be there at all, making the leech useless. It depends on your needs. I'd say not to this rare, myself.

OK - this weapon is fast. If you mean to use it for FC - it´s good enough as it is - a decent weapon on middle lvls. Later on even Azurewrath would be better. Upgrading does not make any sense.

How about my 303% ed, +3 min dmg, +3xx AR, 30% IAS ancient sword?

The sword could be good to upgrade if it was ethereal and had over 300 ed. Phase blades have no durability therefore they are indestructible.
