In the destruction runeword... what is the difference between striking and attack?
23% Chance To Cast Level 12 Volcano On Striking
5% Chance To Cast Level 23 Molten Boulder On Striking
100% Chance To Cast level 45 Meteor When You Die
15% Chance To Cast Level 22 Nova On Attack
+350% Enhanced Damage
Ignore Target's Defense
Adds 100-180 Magic Damage
7% Mana Stolen Per Hit
20% Chance Of Crushing Blow
20% Deadly Strike
Prevent Monster Heal
+10 To Dexterity

Striking is when you hit (ie. you don't miss), attacking is when you swing.
You mean.. i could shift+left click all day and I'd be dishing out lvl 22 nova??
Dayum!

Yes, but what good would that do?
IIRC 1.10 changed that. They're essentially the same now, but on attack doesn't work on ranged attacks at all.
none whatsoever.. but still nice to command a lvl 22 nova withouit the mana :D

I find that "on attack" stuff requires you to actually be swinging at something, not just the air.. I had a CTC FBall on attack (i think... it may have been lightning) and a baddy behind bars in the catacombs... I swung for a long while... I guess it could have been extraordinarily bad luck... but I doubt it.

Itīs about disapparance of class identity. You donīt need to play pally to have up to three auras simultaneously - just LOL.
