What pvp char to make? with these items?

Hello, I want to make a good pvp char, but Icould need some advise, I am not very rich so here are some of my things and I want to know what char would be best pvp I could build with these, ofc I can buy some more stuff...
enigma, hoto, zod, vex, ist, HoZ, SS, CoA and other stuff, so what char I could build who could be succesful? any of these?
Bone necro
Wind druid
Hammerdin (I am not good at this)
WW baba
Conc baba
Zealot
some kind of shapeshifter maybe?
I really dont know what to make, someone please give me some advise...

Well its not exactly cheap what with it needing enigma and all..

Id make a ww barb if i had an enigma and could get a grief/botd since aparantly they can kill any build with practice.

But then again i see lots of ww barbs with gear like that and almost all of them die very easily....

I would go with a Bone Necro... with relatively cheap (compared to other characters) they can be pretty decent. A cheap necro setup:

Shako /w Sheal
Breastplace Enigma
Maras
Arachnid Mesh
2x Sojs
Flail Heart of the Oak
Homunculus /w Diamond
Marrowalks
Trangs Gloves or Magefists

Anni
Skillers
FHR Scs/Gcs until you reach 86% or 100%... depends on how much you want to sacrifice for FHR.
Life/mana Scs for the rest.

A liberator (hammerdin + charge is a bit easier to play than pure hammerdin) would be good:

Enigma
Shako/peasant's crown
Goreriders
low % Maras
Verdungos/String of Ears/Arachnids (if you want more fcr)
Magefists/IK gloves
Heart of the Oak/ Famine on switch
HoZ/SS on switch
2x Sojs

You can probably trade Vex for 3-4 sojs and you can use peasant's crown if you're really that poor. Goreriders and low maras aren't terribly expensive either. If you can't spend a high rune on Arachnids, you can get String of Ears for some pgems probably.
