err.. well i just noticed that it is supposedly the second hardest to find? may be i will post my ISO list, although there are few items i really need; briefly, a WF for my strafer, an arreats for mercs/new IK barb, the Mara's for my non Pallys, an occy and Ondals for the exp bonus (my casters need it badly as they are clvl 90) possibly a gladiators bane for my witchwolf (he is just so sad)

I am the one who is sorry. I didnt know how rare the DW is ... *such a noob* especially since I dont play necros except for a 90-something fishymancer. All the talk here has led me to rethink and maybe politely start my own ISO with current list of uniques for trade. Sorry Sessily and others, but I will wait till I check all stashes and come up with wants/haves list and post. Hope this will help ease tensions. respectfully submitted,

People hijacked it because they're looking out for the new guy. That was a seriously unbalanced offer, and we wanted to make sure he knew what he was doing. Death Web is not only extremely rare, but extremely good as well any trade that doesn't include a couple of other really nice items is really just putting the wand to shame. Sorry, Sessily, you won't get a good deal this time - I know its a pain to have such a rare item in your ISO and when you see it for a good deal, you can just help but be disappointed when the other end realizes whats going on and asks for a much more fair offer. I've been there (like the Stormlash that slipped out from under me just recently). But, an item such as Deaths Web, really should be put up for auction for a high bidder - you may consider it rude or unfair, but IMO, thats how rare items should be put into circulation here (precedence should be given to those who don't have one of the item already - which is why I didn't fight harder for that Stormlash, as I have one already). I believe lemming has a Deaths Web (its not on his ISO) already, so thats something to take into consideration, DontFret... but it would be good if he could confirm that first, as I'm unsure.

Anyway, it's been resolved privately. I'm trying to secure another trade with another member so I won't have anything to offer you for your Death's Web. I'd reccomend creating a thread for it - Vajar's right, it's very rare and many people will want it.

Anyway, it's been resolved privately. I'm trying to secure another trade with another member so I won't have anything to offer you for your Death's Web. I'd reccomend creating a thread for it - Vajar's right, it's very rare and many people will want it.

Glad to see this situation got resolved on its own.

One note, though -- Single Player trade values are based strictly on the needs of the individual. If DontFret had executed the trade with Sessily, it would have been absolutely fair so long as each got what he wanted for it. Heck, I've given away a Death's Web before simply because it was utterly useless to me.

So in the future, let's nobody be rude about item values, and please don't break up other members' trades. If there is an actual ethical issue in which somebody is about to be "ripped off," for lack of a better phrase, report the thread, and I'll take care of it personally.
