Kiras Guardian uni tiara.

Now I have been reading that this would be the exqusite vrs of this kind of helm. What I wanted to know could it be up graded?

It's an exceptional item, so it can be upgraded to Diadem. It gains 1 - 10 defense and +7 to it's Clvl requirement.

What if it doesnt have any as in a eth one?

An eth version will lose a small bit of defense and gain +7 to its Clvl requirement.
