I have gathered the infromation I needed about building a mf summoner, and so far so good. Still I have a fewe questions left and I hope someone can answer them.
How can Ihelp my minions? I know casting Amp and Decrpify will help them but wont it be better to help them with a bow?(I'm going for max block so dex should raise the dmg a bit right?) I have a king leriocs arm isted, so what would u chose out of these two options?
This build is for rushing friends and mfing only. So I wont be much in 8 player games unless its for xp. The would it be wise for me to max mages as well?

You can do both. Use a bow with a good runeword, like Faith, to add damage to the Skellies. The Fanaticism aura will also increase your damage and AR. You can then fire the bow at the enemy to further increase the damage inflicted. Have the AoKL on switch to prebuff your Skellies.
Do keep in mind that using a Bow means that you can only have max block on switch.

That depends on your playing style and preference. Some people find Mages to be well worth the trouble.
The added damage helps to bring monsters down faster. When you come across a hard PI these undead minions will also assist in killing it. The damage from the Cold and Poison Mages is not spectacular, but they do add slowing and PMH.
Mages also means that you have more monsters surrounding you. This means that you will be less likely to be hit.
Some people do not like to use Mages. They find them to be too fragile and that they get in the way of their Skellies.
Don't forget a good act2 might merc. The added dmg from their might aura helps BIGTIME!

I heard sometimes ago about the Unique Yari - 3 sockets spear with 45 % crusching blow. Give it to an Act 2 merc to fight against boss/ monsters.
Maybe an upgraded version could be even better for dmg.

Well if this is for low-player count games and you want to increase the speed of kills - consider maxing out CE. A few pops and everything will be dead.
Lower CE skill = lower radius = more CE casts = more time
Well, that's my take anyway ;)
If you can afford it, Obediance is a pretty good runeword for your merc. Hone Sundan (as mentioned previously) is a decent bosskiller as well. Lots of decent merc weapon choices, actually.
what bow should I get? I cant afford a faith. Any good unique bows or perhaps cheap runewords(runes below Mal)?

One good runeword for a bow is Edge. It requires Tir + Tal + Amn. This bow will give your Skellies a Thorns aura and it will give you some good damage.
There are a few useable unique bows out there, but they do not do a lot for your Skellies.
While you are waiting for Faith you can still take advantage of dexterity investment with a Homunculus.
this may be a little out of pricerange, but well worth looking for, is a wisp projector . I use a beast also, but on nl it is much easier to get the runes
make sure to max out corpse explosion as well.. that really helps clear the way
