Assasin reaching 2 fpa.

I remember a thread about Assasins able to reach 2 fpa. This was calculated in bear form using a jewelers runic talon of quickness.. anyone else remember this thread?
Discussing it somewhere we also heard about a bug not hitting things, and I wonder if someone could find the thread for me since I can't find it. No search results containing either of the following words: ''dueling, 2 fpa, bear, shift, runic talons quickness'' each tried seperately.

I can't seem to find the thread either. Apparently it was pruned. I'm guessing you were referring to the thread called "PvP Bearsin - is it viable?" -- or something to that effect.
