Im a bit confused at this build. Since poison doesn't kill....It can take u down to one life.
I know i have to max all poison skills.
What would u recommend the bone skill be i put skill(s) into, to finish ppl off?

I played a necro a lot in 1.09 and I was able to kill with just PN. I think PN is different than many other psn sources in this respect unless its changed in 1.10. A psn nova that hit someone with only 1 life could kill them in 1.09. Is that no longer the case? If it's not, then teeth would do the trick.

I believe Nova does some form of initial damage thus kills a target at 1 hp despite the fact that nova normally cannot kill a target alone. From what I've seen the best choices to finish off a target are teeth and firegolem.

Fire golem or any other source of holy fire/shock/freeze would be the best finisher, imo.

Poison doesn't kill all the way in PvP? Maybe it's different for a Necro's PN, but I know Rabies killed without any other assistance on my Rabies/FC wolf.

Some poison does, some doesn't. Typically, any poison source will reduce you to 1 hp and that's all, nova included. But once at 1 hp, re-application of nova has some tiny element that WILL take that last hp. Most other poison sources involve some element of physical damage in their delivery and thus it's a moot point generally. It's the PURE poison attacks where the issue arises.

I believe that regarding pure poison damage attacks only Rabies actually kills.
As stated before, the last 1 hp can be taken down with another Nova, Teeth or Fire Golem. I used a combination of all three when I played my Novamancer in season 1. For me spamming some Teeth along with a Fire Golem proved the most effective. Not to mention that it’s hilarious to see someone die to Holy Fire. I’ve had some amusing comments /insults thrown at me for using that.
I recommend you make a hybrid by using Marrowalks and spend the remaining points in either Spear or Spirit (choose the one you are most comfortable with). Not only do you have spare points anyway, Nova can be negated quite easily. There are several items with big poison resist (ie Sands), someone could drink some antidote potions before a duel, and if they add Deaths gloves, you’re pretty much useless. Secondly, defensive characters (ie Trappers) are hard to take down using the drive-by technique that’s commonly used with Nova. Shooting some BS in their direction often gets them moving.
The Novamancer might not be one of the top duelers, they sure are a lot of fun. The only drawback is that pub duelers have the odd habit of running to town after they notice they only have 1 hp left, as if it's completely fair to do so. Luckily, teleporting after them with a Fire Golem out often catches them anyway

Just wear Marrowalks, making sure you don't put a single point into Bone Prison, and that you have at least one charge of Bone Prison left on them. The game will think that you have lvl 33 Bone Prison as a skill, and use it as a synergy for other bone skills.

-Pozndaga.This will rips off target alone but may be Life tap can help.
-I totally agree do not put on any point on bone prison but remember Marrowwalk is rare. You'd better buy it.I haven't found it yet.

poison nova the enemy then use corpes explosion so you win
rabies kills because it like cycles damage iirc
so if the rabies druid 'bites' you then the first cycle of damage will be based on his current gear, but then he can run away and switch to a 6pfacet weapon and 4pfacet shield and that bonus will be applied to subsequent cycles.
iirc it kills the same way as pn, it just has more than one cycle in a single hit, pn you have to manually hit twice
