pvp cold sorc, suggestions on something specific.

Ok I got 2 choices. a RuneWord shield(eitehr spirit or sanc) and go all vita.
OR getting max block and a SS..
what do you guys think?

well, all vita and using spirit is a contradiction. the lightest shield you can spirit is a monarch: 156 str, and no -req jewel like you can do with ss.

other than that, all options look good. you didn't say if you were particularly lacking in anything.

do you need more res? fcr? fhr? how much?

if you really just don't know, give us more info.

the debate to block or not to block is one that will wage on until this world passes into the underverse. it boils down to who you fight. also, if you are particularly good at, lets say, dueling melee chars, you won't need the block as much as you'll need the extra life. but its all personal preference.

i like max block/SS
just personal pref i think
i rather have 75% block and use SS(35%dmg reduce) that have like what 300 more life that will probably be gone in 1 hit if i went max vit
vit on sorc has a low return only get 2 life pts per point in vit

if you are only lvl 1 now, do you know what gear you will be using other than the shield?

there are very few pieces of equipment you can decide on without factoring in the rest of it.

lvl 40 atm, I bought most of the equipment, just had trouble choosing shield.
