Bear vs. Valkyrie

I was just checking out the arreat summit skills section...and noticed that Valkyrie gets mucho passive bonuses. Then, thinking of a couple town druids who used grizzly to pk...I wondered, if the valkyrie would be able to beat the bear.

A decked out Valkyrie can have >60% dodge/avoid/evade, >6k life, >50% crit...and though damage isn't specified...can spawn with warpike.../w +1200% damage modifier... :surprise:

So, what do you guys predict the outcome would be between fully pumped bear and decked out Valkyrie?

how much faster do they attack ?

valk can spawn with gloves with ias + ll
weapons with ias and like 580 max dmg + ll.
amus with life steal
rings with life steal.. (not sure about rings though..)

and armors, boots, helm with faster hit recovery.

but i dont know.

A possible solution is to test it by getting 2 characters with max points in each and have them duke it out. My money is on the Bear.

the bear also goes after things where the valc seems to "roam" so the bear would probably get a few hits in before valc knew what was going on

But Valks can have pretty blue armor ^^

Lol, I once spent more than an hour trying to cast a silver valk to go with my Mav's set. I eventually got it, but then it died rather quickly after getting mobbed. :(

I can answer this for you definitively.

I have a Bowazon with a level 50 Valk, and a friend with a maxed-out Grizzly Druid, and we have tested it.

The Grizzly melees better for sure, and can generally beat the Valk in a straight up non-assisted duel (that is, no auras for either side). The Valk survives much better vs. elemental damage though, as she often spawns with immunities due to very high stacked resists.
