ias question plz , jrichard ??

i have a question ... if i have a -20 weapon and im using dragon talon .. according to jrichard i need 69 ias to hit 7 frame initial.. then for the follow up i need an addtional amount .

to hit 7/3/3/3 do i need 69 ias or 69 plus this additional amount ( say 15 % for argruments sake) so in the end 84 % ias needed.

so again incase my english is warped .. to hit full frame rate with dragon talon with a -20 ias weapon do i need 84 % ias ( using above example, ) or would the 69 % from getting initial 7 frame kick be enough..

If you dont use BoS then yes, you need 68 (70) ias for 7 fram initial kick.

Im not 100% on it but I think thats enough for 7/3

The two speeds are independent; there is no "extra" needed from one to the other. The 7 frame initial requires more than the 3 frame follow up. This means that making the 7 frame initial will put you at max speed.
