Well I can quickly tell you the inventory gear.

Non Ladder = 10X Light gcs - 9X 70/15's - 1X anni

Ladder = 10X Light gcs - 9X 20 Life/16 mana scs - 1X anni

eh all those charms, they work for damage, but eshield needs more along the lines of +big mana, and -dr -mdr and some absorb if room. Point of ES is to live, need huge mana, big regeneration and some -dr -mdr.

i duno whats up with all the damage. you need fcr as well. more of this, more damage you do. Lightning facet, -% most important and fcr do you the best over raw damage.
