It's going to be much to slow for any shapeshifter, but the damage is just sweet. A paladin could definately make use of it.

had you received 2 sockets or the repair mod and been able to add a sheal then it could have been "workable" for a druid but at this point with no possible ias it is lost. I would use on a pally.
