Can anybody tell me why my druid (lvl 40) has -30 in all resistances without any items equipped ?

That would be because you lose resistance in Nightmare and Hell.

ur base resist in norm is at 0
in nm is at -30
and in hell is at -100

this forces u to find better gear and stack up on resists

Actually in nightmare you get -40 resist base, but if you do the anya quest in norm you get +10 resist so 10 + (-40) = -30 ;)
