How to get as much IAS as I can?

I am now playing with a pure zealot(Zeal+Fanaticism).
I want to get 4 frames which is needed +280% IAS...
However, I can only get +200% IAS at most when I was planning...
Could anyone of you get me some advices on my inventory used?

Trust me, it doesn't take 280% IAS for 4 frame zeal coupled with fanatacism. Takes about 65% I think.

but fanatacism add 35% IAS only...

Nothing needs that much IAS, don't worry about getting so much. The most you could need is 120% w/level 20 fanat when using a legendary mallet.

fana ias is different to on gear stuff.
gear ias can be put into the formula below to check how it converts to effective ias (eias).
Fana is skill-ias (equivalent to eias) and so better meaning you need less gear ias to get whatever speed you are after.
eias = (120*ias)/(120+ias)
eg 50ias = 35eias
150ias = 67eias
to get max speed then you need : sias+eias+ws = 75 (or 'more' but its capped)
where ws = weapon speed and sias = skill ias (fana, bos etc)
eg for legendary mallet, ws = -20 (reverse of arreat summit)
so eias+sias -20 =75
eias+sias = 95 (fana is 35 here)
35+eias=95
eias = 60 which is equivalent to 120ias on gear.

If you want to test some things though, I have a full Griz set for trade completely socketed with ias jewels.
