At 9:41 on Wednesday after an horrific accident Neville was airlifted to the local hospital but was unable to be resucitated and was pronounced DOA. :(
Cause of demise: Act 2 Hell. On the way to find The Halls of the Dead wp. Opened a door. Wham "Deeds" At least we got a screenie of the creep. :D
Neville was a hoot to play, I really enjoyed the challenge. His killing power was getting less and less. It was more of a lure them away game to finish them off which added more to the enjoyment of it all.
I don't mind admitting I'm in shock. The death was quite sudden and really unexpected but thats HC and has to be expected eventually.
I'm very happy with how far he got. A naked Necro running through Act 2 Hell with -80 res is quite an achievement for me so I will take some satisfaction away from that.

Ouch... missile opponent, with added Lightning. Not a good way to go (if there is such a thing, of course).

At least not every little character has to be taken care by the underground computer mafia ("Black Hack") - so take this as a token for how famous neville already was ;)
Rock on for getting that far, though! And yes, third time's a charm!
I'll be surfing through the acts now, looking for a demon with that exact name. Neville will be avanged :)

Yes FB Ned got to Act 1 Hell. Deeds came on the way to see the Countess.

Yes, thats the best part. Not losing any equipment, well apart from what Neville's moron was wearing. No I won't jump right back in. That is out of respect to Neville and the fact that I have this huge head cold and should be back in bed. If I play with the way that I feel right now. The Den of Evil would be Deeds :D

I see, you're a summoner. Extremely hard to get the skeles through that door. If u can take a few hits, I would run inside maybe to a corner or something cast tp. go in come out so all ur skeles will be by u. good luck.

Noodle wins a cookie. But just a small improvision. My next character will be known as Buck Naked. I was really interested in Moonlight Mel (sorry Disco-Neck Ted) but had to go away from that as Keisha was getting very excited. A 5 year old, knowing what mooning means. There would be no doubt that she would mention it at kinder. Oh God, the explaning to be done :D I really don't want or need to go there. :)

Well done for getting so far! And telling us all about it! Unlucky, but thats the hardcore way, i suppose.
Sorry for the loss seige. I haven't really been posting much since Christmas break started (to many other games to play, to little time), so I haven't kept up on all of Neville's adventures. I'm sure the third time will get him at least to act 4 (if you don't run into any nasty gloam packs). Anyways best of luck with Buck Naked :).
Interesting side note: In all of my years of playing this game, I don't think I've ever run into a unique monster with the name "Black Hack." I am now officially intrigued and will probably spend way to much time trying to find another "Black Hack" to kill. That is unless Solo gets to him first of course.
