Ok

This is not a flame by any means and I don't intend to offend anyone, if it happens (i dont see how it could), my appologies in advance.

I believe there is some confusion. I don't know what this forum means to many of you, nor is it any of my business. If you see it as a community of friends etc. thats great. For me it's a place to simply converse with other ppl who play Diablo along the same lines I do. HOWEVER, I am not here to make friends. If I want to make friends I'll go to a bar or a club, not chat on a forum about a video game :)

The only reason I still play diablo is because I enjoy the time I spend with the few online friends I do have, and I enjoy the way we spend it (PVP). But if I go out and try to be as friendly as I can to everyone I meet (not to say I need to be rude), then especially in a community such as this, I severely limit myself in who I can and cannot duel.

Because I may have exchanged opinions with you or your friends on this forum, and you may recognize my name, does not mean I will not make an attempt to duel or even pk your character. As I hope the same goes for any other pvp ppl. I would be severely dissapointed if someone avoided trying to pk me because "they recognize me from forums." Go ahead! pk away! if you succeed, all the power to you!

But in the last few days I have had far too many people say "we can't duel I know you from diabloii.net" or "unhostile me I'm a friend of a friend." This is no good :)

If I or any of my close clique make any effort to engage with pvp with any of you, don't take it personally but that's what we do, and I hope some of you will stick around for a good duel ;)

Was awfully disapointed to hear Matt's 21 zon bit it, because we were gonna have a great lvl 21 duel once my pally is finished. I hope I have said what I meant to say in a way not to offend anyone or spark a flame war as that was not my intention. So I look forward to seeing some of you on the opposite side of a duel, and to the rest, no hard feelings.

cheers,

AzaZaz

When i meet someone who knows me from here or i know, usually the duel is more good mannered :)

Not so much lame lower lvl hostiling etc. More fun over all

The only char i have killed have done with my lvl 15 kicker, killed lvl 14 enchanted tigerstriker assasin wich started using bow.. then that assa runned too close to duel watcher and i kicked(crusflange´s knockback) assa against that amazon(accident from my side) then assa bouched back and i kicked couple times more and ear dropped. After very dangerous duel to me cause one arrow took about half of my hp per hit (gogo 75 fire res ^^)

I agree wholeheartedly azazazzaaazaazazazaaaazaaz.

I'll often chat with people I know, but I'll duel them regardless, I've dueled almost all my friends and people I know from here who duel, I've dueled:
Spinal, silverdin, Oxy, Kime, Matt (aka turnips, when he still played, i believe he and I had a duel or two), the list goes on...

Basically, I wont repeat what azazazazazzazazazazazaazazaza said, but I will agree 100% with it, and I'll also say I prefer typing his name that way.

Really? I never had your problems, Az. I've found quite the opposite. When I see someone from dii.net, usually I'll actually GET a duel, as opposed to people standing around town hogging. That, and I'll even get loot if I die :]

But I haven't been on dii in a while, so if it is the way you say it is, I'll agree with you too.

I think what azazaz is referring to is people going oh you're from forums I don't wanna duel you blah blah blah. I told him a few people are from forums because they are semi friends or whatever but a few people from forums deserved to be pk'd on site no questions asked like riebs. And if anyone says they won't duel me because I am from forums they might as well go to their account screen select character hit delete then yes because they don't deserve to have that dueler.

He couldn't tppk me if i was asleep and chained to the floor of the throne of destruction.

"I baal U 01" = "I tppk U you silly little pvm hoobs"

I go into an nm game where he is "baaling for you" and I let the people in there know that they are in danger of being tppk'd (i was bored and like annoying ppl who only trigger and wont duel)....

"Shut up noob! he's lvled us for 2 runs now...."
....was slain by Riebz

and they wonder why they have to use chicken :/
