I was pkin with my lvl 15 charger in a kill diablo game the other day ...
I go in and give everyone the river of flame wp and they all go down. So i whip out my pos pike (only 130 damage and i got like 3 jewels and a few charms) and jump down the wp where a couple of nice little sorcs are waiting for me ..so 2 charges 2 ears.
You all know what happens next.....in comes the lvl 70ish sorc to "duel" my lvl 15....since im such a "loser" and i "have no life" and "What u can on pk low lvls?" (btw the 2 sorcs where both 21 and there where some 30 ish barbs//druids in the game )so they where higher then me. So i say "ok u wanna play?" and i come back with my 91 javazon. I hostile and go into the chaos sanctuary...so sorc but what do i see ???? some stupid lvl 35 druid just standing there . Im like man is this guy 4 real? so i walk up next to him and just stand there .....btw im hostile 2 him. He dosnt move...so i just stand there thinkin about pokein him or not pokin him ..i think i gave him about a minute of time to leave before i desided to poke him for being so stupid . Any way about 20 seconds later he says to me ..."WTF I WAS AFK U #$#%"

Killing him was a little cheap, but I wouldnt lose any sleep over it... if he leaves his 35 sitting in the chaos sanctuary, in a public game, while he goes and takes a nap, he is ASKING to die. Not a "nice ear!" kind of thing, but hey, thats what you get for sitting afk outside of town, its just plain dumb, and he saw why :)

91 kills a 35 .... not very honorable but good lord that is funny!
I am picturing myself in the same situation and I would have done it too.... just to see. (course my valk would have killed him first)

Man, If i were you i woulda given him all the time in the world to even try to hit you, maybe leave go take a crap for a half hour come back with your life bar half down and the little druid trying to take you out lmao. Funny stuff. Thanks for sharing.

i didnt take the ear since it was nothing to brag about Lol... i picked up the ear and left it in act1 and told him if he brought a char back to get it there still might be enough time for blizz to sew his ear back on
Woulda been priceless if just as you were about to poke him you got IM'd and you both died. But anyways to go AFK in CS is beyond dumb

at least player cast IM doesnt affect pvp. imo. cause i had this funny incident yesterday:
i was pk'ing with my 18 kicksin, and i went to a sewer game and hostiled everyone. only a few people left and i got to sewers 2 wp and started running towards 1st floor. on my way up i encountered a 22 necro with loads of minions who cast IM on me. i was a bit wary and hit his skellies with crushflange a few times, knowing that it had to multiply and return my damage about 600x to kill me cause pvp reductions, but noticed that it didnt affect my life bar at all. then i just charged on his skellies where he didnt see me, ran to him and released the kicks. bet he was surprised when his hearing was reduced to 50% efficiency :p

in this day and age i wouldnt have given him a second thought. You were too generous as it is, with all the chicken out there i will take any ear presented to me. If i'm on a lvl 99 sorc and you step outside with a lvl 9 necro, if i'm not in the best of moods, you better be ready to esc-exit :) Call me gutless, shameless, dishonerable....I'm a D2 killer through and through :)
but while we're on the topic of IM and pvp. Recently was this build attempted by me. I made an effort to build a 4x im necro with bonewall to kill yari barbs and chargers, however while lvling i decided to test it out, and im'd a friendly barb. He hit my bonewalls and received no dmg, then he hit me, same thing. So i let him kill me, still no dmg. I figured pointless build. Week or so later we're fooling around on non-ladder with a 7x barb and a lvl 18 necro ( i think 18). Anyways playing around with IM and bonewall again. It seems if you concentrate bonewall in a very small compact cast, and somebody hits it with IM on, it will return a great deal of dammage. For example this 7x ww barb (probably dealing about 5k ww) hit this little tiny bonewall, and recieved about 1.5k pvp dmg back IIRC. I think once he almost killed himself (so that would be near 3k pvp dmg) From a lvl 18 NECRO!. Now granted this is very difficult to do (cast the compact bonewall) and even more difficult to get the opponent to hit it, but I only bring this to attention so that people do not discount IM in pvp all together, even from the low lvls. It still has potential.

even if he got imed the 35 would not have enough life to kill him becuase he would do damage equal to a 1 hit kill and nothing more than that.

You stop paying attention for just a bit to long and before you stands this battle hardened, drop dead gorgeous, well endowed amazon wielding weapons that you thought only existed in legends... Just her mere presence is enough to make you slack-jawed and lower your weapons... You don't know whether you should run for your life or start preparing your best pick up line. All you can do say is wow...
Then she raises her javelin and and the tip of it is the last thing you ever see...

i cant even count the times i was pking and a necro cast im on me thinking he was so smart or a pally switched to thorns just as they get owned
