apologies for the vagueness, i'm trying to make a frenzy barb without dex, which means no phaseblades. But anyway, if you have a weapon that might fit the bill, let me know.

Not really sure if that's what you are looking for, but that's the only elite weapon that you can make a Cresent Moon with the lowest dexterity requirement. But quite slow really. If ever you are interested, just let me know. :)
