I have a witchy-zon I love. I can make a few recommendations:
1) Highlord's Wrath: Push your DS over 100% (Bonus: +1 skills, 20%ias.)
2) Remember that speed is your friend with this bow. Even more so than with a normal Bowazon. The goal here is to get that CTC Amp going as much as possible. This makes strafe ideal for this bow.
3) Unless you've already socketed it I would recommend 2 shaels. (See #2)
Other than that I would recommend Chipmc's guide stickied at the top of this forum. Have fun with your Witchy, I have a blast with mine.
i still prefer wf though, especially since now wf is much much cheaper, i mean to upgrade your wws its already pul+, and a perfect wf is only ist. wf still does better damage than wws, also has knockback, which i deem very important to strafers cuz of strafe-lock, and not to mention the ML, even 6% solves the problem completely.
I just traded for a 170 wws. I just did the upgrade and it works well but not how I thought it would. I have a decent amount of IAS but the AMP on bow hardly triggers. I remember reading that if you have a few items with chance to cast it creates a problem. Im going to replace my lava gouts with something else and see how it works.
My current gear on her is:
Valk Wing w/15IAS * I want to replace this with a Stealskull w/15IAS
Cats Eye
Crow Caw w/15IAS * I was thinking of upgrading a Twitch w/15IAS because the Crow is a heavy armor and it slows me down just a bit.
Razortail
Gore Riders
Raven Frost & Manald Heal
Its not a bad set up. I have maxed strafe/penetrate/valk/10 Critical/8 Pierce/Forgot the rest. Nothing in jav skills.

Chipmc's Witchwild String Strafeazon Guide v. 0.05 Beta ( 1 2 3 )
Try the stickie? Those arent there for nothing you know.
Just a Question, how does, say a strafe zon kill physical immunes????
i use a merc who uses reapers toll, which gets rid of PI pretty nicely, i also have mav bow on switch, and mav glove in the horadic cube, as 2 mav items give 300ish magical damage. you can also shop for a high elemental damage bow, i prefer magic since a lot of bosses are immune to both elementals and physical, but not many are magic resistant
