strafe is pvm only while multi is pvp and more/as effective pvm as strafe when there is a very large amount of enemies (i.e. cow lvl)
since im pvp; multi>strafe

multi is easier to use, strafe is harder to get used to since the strafe lock, but having played both, i do like strafe more, sometimes i even put some points into multi so i can use both.
