Hello fellow zons. Just to filter out a few here (sorry javazons!) but this is a bowazon group only. REMINDER: THIS IS NOT A CLAN. You are in no way obligated to make a new account or attend meetings of any sort. No, this is a group of amazons rising to power. Blizzard just gave us the tools, and we're going to use them.

Requirements- You must use a bow primarily, Hybrids AT THE MOMENT are accepted. Be honest please, if i have to i will ask you to shoot a fallen in hell with your bow and... you know the rest.

There will be a channel which I will inform everyone at a later date.

Option:
You may add -sama to the end of your name. If you do not wish to then that is fine; I will give u a 'badge' signifying your membership (a personalized item of SAMA"

Primary Functions:
Perfecting the PvP aspect of the Bowazon. The Bowazon SHALL rise to power once again!

PvM: Sometimes its just fun to quest through hell (like even if you've alrdy done it) and play the game normally with 7 other people while raining arrows down on enemies.

LOL.. i never thought of that LOL. Anyways, i forgot to mention that this is West Softcore Ladder.
Some enticing PvP events we hold:
1v1 bowazon tourneys (this is mad fun in the blood moor)
team v team bowazon matches (this is more mad fun than above, esp Blood Hills!)
CTF bowazon style (I have yet to figure out how to replace flags =P)
RPG style (make your zon to take hits and give em out.. no running needed) <---- with dodge an all, it makes a very gambling duel
Free for All (best done in the Canyon of the Magi so FUN!)

Playing Softcore West NL right now, but the Fortitude and Faith alone is enough to convert me, but starting from zero will suck. Is it okay if I join and start from scratch? (Unless some people want to trade Ladder for Non-Ladder stuff? :xsmile4: )

yay!!! ok we got 3 new members forum here. I'd like to set an appointment between 12 and 9 PM PST (big range lol). so far i think we have 10 people total. My account IS *ctrl_alt_del3t3 .... verbatim (means exactly :)) anyways, the channel i think will be "Sama's Lair". I will try to hold a meeting between those times but its hectic because my friends all live in different spots, as well as are obssessed with obtaining their new zon items. So far we have one unique build, which I will briefly describe here.

My dear friend Gabe has decided to stray from the norm and build a PvP Freezing Arrow Zon utilizing the new Ice runeword. Well now you may be saying to yourself "Wow what a bad idea" we thought that way too until we realized gabe will be essentialy the structure of a fireball sorc dealing cold dmg. Some pros and cons:

Pros-
Dodging Skills
You look entirely blue and mad cool
You can spit these out at an alarming rate with knockback to stun
cold dmg for all! (ie: freezing scs is easier to get than +max)
easy to get gcs (bow skills r teh ch34p!)
can focus on energy and vit

Cons-
Compared to fireball sorc structure
-no tele
-fireball has way more dmg

Compared to other zons
no homing attack
shoot 1 frame slower than faith counterparts
massive mana usage

It will be interesting to see how this works out since Ice has Holy Freeze, so our 3 faith zons (my friends and I) will be cut down to 50% effectiveness and he may be able to pull it off. Oh well. Thats what this group is all about.

Level 41, and I have around 38 skill points to use, along with 60 stat points (Base vit. and mana, around 80-90 into str. and 100+ into dex). Should I just go with a traditional GA setup? Max GA, Max CS, 50/50/50DAE, etc?
