I'll try to sum up some of my questions real quick.

I'm basically looking for a poison nova/teeth build
Is this build viable? If not what should I aim for?

What I want is a strong build who can take on Hell, but I don't want a summoner Necro.

What skills should I max? What would be a powerful setup/godly setup

Should I go for WHITE runeword? If so, what +added skills should the wand come with before I slap Dol +Io into it?

Mana regenerate items, Yes? (Caster ammy etc)

Should I wait to lvl 66 for the Marrow walk bug I read about?

Basically, I need someone who is experienced in Necros to pinpoint me of a good, strong, viable, possible mf char/dueler as well.

Techniques (how to lay up spells, how to finish off mobs/bosses)

I've read through quite alot of notes, but I can't find any answers to all of my questions, so I figured that some of you with years of necro experience would be able to tell me.

Hoping for a detailed answer (highly apprecieated if you take your time and do so)

Greetings // Hejhej

First take a look at the Poison/Bone Hybrid Guide (http://www.rpgforums.net/showthread.php?t=233132). It should answer a few of your questions.

Other non-Summoner builds are archived in the [ Essential Necromancer Information ] (http://www.rpgforums.net/showthread.php?t=232935) sticky.

If your looking to duel again a pure Bone necro springs to mind. Check the links MM posted above.

Learn how to use the curses if you want to MF. you need no tank, no golem or anything like that. Learn curses if you want to not be the typical 1.10 moron on baal runs amping gloams instead of dim visioning them, or not having a curse at all.

PVP use, the level of Spirit or spear doesnt matter as much as tactics are, both are overkill-deadly at normal levels using the marrowalk bug.

PVM, i would recommend 10 points base in CExplosion, the best mf device possible, or max it if no pvp side to your guy.

I have killed buriza zons with a poison dagger in 1.09. doesnt matter so much the build.

Best way of dealing with a load of monster is to cast attract on 2 of them, both in the back, then spear and CE when a corpse forms. Learn the beauty of the AI left side curses, I never did till 2 years+ into the game, now its easy pickings.

"I'm basically looking for a poison nova/teeth build
Is this build viable? If not what should I aim for?"

It's very difficult to use teeth with poison nova because of the massive synergies required. I would recommend using one of the other bone skills in conjunction with Poison.
Pure bone I know from experience can solo hell easily. I would guess that pure poison and poison/bone hybrid can too.

"What I want is a strong build who can take on Hell, but I don't want a summoner Necro."

Like I said, my bone nec can solo 8 player baal runs. Poison/Bone as a hybrid probably won't be able to. Not sure tho.

"What skills should I max? What would be a powerful setup/godly setup"

If Poison/Bone I suggest
20 Poison Nova
20 Poison Explosion
20 Poison Dagger
1 Lower Resist
20 Bone Spear/Spirit
Marrowwalks are a must
1 Bone Armor
20 Bone Wall
1 Clay Golem
1 Golem Mastery
Rest for pre-reqs, etc.
This should give you a full nova, decent bone armor and decent bone spirit/spear damage

For pure bone I would go

20 Teeth
20 Bone Spear
20 Bone Spirit
1+ Bone Armor
20 Bone Wall
Marrowwalks
1 Clay Golem
1 Golem Mastery
Rest for Curses, other summons

As for set-up,
Helm: Shako is pretty much standard. Necro/20fcr/stats/res rare circlet can be the best. I use Grif Helm to get to 125 FCR, but for PvM 75 is ok, in which case you should get shako.
Weapon: Hoto is probably the best overall weapon. Death's Web is ok if you want to concentrate on poison. White can be good if you find a +3 psn nova or +3 bone spirit/spear wand to put it in. Lots of other good unique necro wands.
Armor: Bramble for concentrating on poison. Enigma for Teleport, is a must if you want to PvP. Chains of Honor is a generally good runeword is massive resists. Vipermagi is an extremely good and well rounded caster armor. No favorites here.
Shield: Homunculus is the best if you want to block. Otherwise, Darkspawn force is good if you need fcr.
Belt: Can't argue with Arachnids mesh, which is the best caster belt. Trang Belt is another good option. T-Gods gives stats and protects you from gloams.
Gloves: There's two gloves to consider: Magefists- 20 FCR, mana regen and Trang Gloves- 20 fcr, -enemy psn res, cold res, +2 curses.
Boots: Marrowwalk if you want a hybrid. It's a skill point saver.
Rings: Sojs, you'll need the mana. Else 10 fcr/mana/resist rings
Amulet: Maras is best unique ammy. Rare or Crafted +2 Necro/fcr/res/stats ammys can be godly tho, but expensive.

"Should I go for WHITE runeword? If so, what +added skills should the wand come with before I slap Dol +Io into it?"

+Poison Nova, +Bone Spear, +Bone Spirit, +Lower Resist. White is a good option. Hoto is better if you can affoard it Imo

"Mana regenerate items, Yes?"

It's nice to have, but since you can buy mana pots now it's not essential. Homunculus is your most obvious source of mana regen.

"Should I wait to lvl 66 for the Marrow walk bug I read about?"

Yes. Hybrid is pretty hard to make without marrowwalks

"Basically, I need someone who is experienced in Necros to pinpoint me of a good, strong, viable, possible mf char/dueler as well."

MF and dueling are two separate roles. For a dueler I suggest you heavily concentrate on poison with bone as a backup, or go completely bone.

For MF the more variety in attacks the better.

My PvP Bone Nec can solo hell pretty well, he just doesn't wear that much MF.

"Techniques (how to lay up spells, how to finish off mobs/bosses)"

Clay golem will take all your hits for you. Hence along with bone armor you should be pretty safe in PvM. For mobs, corpse explosion is the best in 1 player games. If you're worried about them swarming you, put 1 point in revives and you'll pretty much have invincibility. Get a merc for magic/poison immunes. For bosses there's not much they can do once you hit them with clay golem and decrept. They're too slow to do anything.

Some general notes:
Try to get at least 75 fcr
Try to get max resists in hell
Block/No Block is up to you. Personally I've always used block.
PnB skill charms can boost your damage by a ton.
Try to get at least 26 fhr
