PvP Bow Potential?

Now, i know it isnt too common but lately the more i have thought about it the more bows i have seen. What i was thinking about was making a HoJ bow for mostly pvp purposes in a +2-3 Mat Bow. Now, the damage is somewhat low but moderately consistent. I think it ranges from 100-200 dmg give or take a few.

Pros
- Extremely fast with 33 ias built into the runeword.
- Cool aura look with added damage and -20 res to support it
- Can go with pvm if wanted to with the blind, freeze, itd, DS (also pvp), and LL (adds flexibility into the build)
- Constant Damage range, not so spread out like Wf 35-500 dmg range.

Cons
- Low in damage. Lacks about 300 from WF
- Extremely Costly (Sur Cham and Lo)

Now my biggest issue is: Is it a waste? i dont want to spend so much to be utterly disappointed with the bow. However, just this weekend i was able to duel a zon with this exact bow and i must say she was impressive.
Right now i am swaying towards bulding a pvp/pvm zon over this bow but i just wanted to get a little insight on whether or not it would be a waste or not. Has anyone ever built this bow before and see extreme downside? Or had it been what they wanted all along?

I am really a speed freak so that is why i am so interested in this bow and cruels and rares are just so hard to find these days lol. Any comments would be greatly appreciated. Ty!

I borrowed one to try on my pvm pure strafer and it's utter pants!
It may have some uses pvp, and it may do better on a char build specifically for it, but i doubt it, and for the prices it's simply not worth the risk/effort etc imho.

the only use for HoJ i thought of is for a melee sorc :)
or maybe in a Demon crossbow for a fireclaw bear

sad to hear but i think i will just put this build on hold for a while until i can muster some huge wealth.

@shanksies: Did you use mat bow or was it some crusade or hydra?

@jordy: this is an excellent bow that you can still use for fire skilled Rogue Scouts also.

I rank bows as this:
godly rare mat, 08 wf, wf, godly cruel mat, then HoJ

but alot of people use HoJ anyways cause it looks cool, its pretty cheap too NLeast, but 1-2 high runes which is bout 2x the price of wf.
