Best way to log mule accounts?

What's the best way to log mule accounts.

Friend just gave me his 6x accounts filled with 8 mules a piece, all loaded up and I need a way to transfer it to a txt or msword file so I can post on forums what I have for trade.

Maybe not the best and it sure isn't the quickest.
But I would say grab a piece of paper and a pen and start writing.
This is the way I did it in .09 softcore.

Throw away all items that is worth less that 30 - 40 pgems....

Launch D2 in windowed mode, open a word processor and switch back and forth typing and checking. Easier than writing it down on paper and later typing it.
