View Full Version : OT sorta: I'm Baaaaacccccccccck!
^.^ Bonus points if you remember the name/typing style. To answer the obvious questions, no I was not banned, I forgot my pw (was using remember me, it wore off), and could not recover it since appearently, my email address was deleted a day or 2 before this. :lol: The mods couldn't help me there so I couldn't post for a while. Then, I got caught up in playing a single player mod for a while... in the meantime I got my high speed back, and with it an ISP based email so I could reregister. (hotmail doesn't work I guess.) *wonders if anyone even remembers me, it's been at least 6 weeks*

i came backafter 6 months and didnt make a useless thread saying im baaaaaaaaaccccccccccckkkkkkkkkkk when nobody cared obviously because nobody posteed anything

I don't think Tomato's post was harsh, it was very pointless though. People will continue to go out of their way just to let us all know they're quitting or returning, no matter what. Drama queens and attention *****s, ah, children are so wonderful.

Well the post you and I mean was just kinda weird. Either the poster is thick as a brick, or a very clever old poster who only made a new account for the purpose of writing a this very elaborate and ironic remark and getting that account banned. (while keeping his regular account)
A clever trick with a double cross. Kinda like shooting yourself in the head thrrough the heart :lol:

tomatoman: Although you may have a point about the lack of responses, the first post I made otherwise would have been talking to someone I knew as if i knew them. This being followed by some "who are yous?", and this post would have been made anyways, flames and all.

Also, I have to agree about these 'I quit', 'I'm back', 'I died' threads. They're really self-centered and will only get a few responses that aren't extremely sarcastic or just outright flamings.
Really, would you care if someone posted that they're back? I just think PM's to your buddies and adding them to your /f l online would be a better approach. Make your dii.net friends through posting in relevant threads.

People keep calling him Frosty which I think makes him the one with the dancing people in his avvie - he should put his avvie back on or one like it. I tend to recognize avvies more than names. *nods and chants* AVVIE,AVVIE,AVVIE ......
Besides he does have a point about the friendliness of this forum. And there have been dozens of "I'm Back's" and and and ... he hugged me! :surprise:

While the general attitude of this thread really bothers me and I really dont mind the occasional falme. It was totally uncalled for. Granted your return could have been worded differantly rather then playing guess who i am.

Hehe..didn't think this was all to grumpy :) And deep in his heart Frostburns/Squelch loves the attention he is getting, don't you.
Hint: Next time you join a game, don't just moan and lament in town..Join the fray. Especially when your character is an appropriate level. Standing in town makes it only harder for the ppl who play (untwinked at that). You know.."Diablo's minions grow stronger"?

Det: Yeah, you're right. I was having a hard time adjusting to regular d2 play though, so I didn't want to do anything dumb. And instead of just leaving, I wound up bugging everyone to come play with me, which was very self-centered of me. I apoligize.
