I have checked the German IAS calculator and it indicates a need for 120% IAS for a druid in Werebear form to reach a 4 fpa standard attack. The interesting thing here is at 60% the druid in Werebear form reaches 7 fpa.
At 65% the druid in Werebear form reaches 6 fpa and if you add any more it indicates that further IAS is useless despite the frame rate of the attack changing all the way up to 120% at which point it reaches 4 fpa.
I have also checked on the paladin and what he needs in human form to reach his fastest attack speed with a PB. If I add 60% IAS on the calculator he reaches 8 fpa. If you move this to 75% IAS it stays in the same frame but indicates that further IAS is useless. This suggests that 60% is enough to reach the breakpoint.
What I really need to know is how much IAS a Paladin needs while in Werebear form to reach a 4 fpa attack. Is it 60% IAS or 120%...
