Yeah, he died. Didnt have loot either.
His final gear was:

16/15 ed/ias Arreats
106ed//60% IAS, 86 life armor (!!)
A tower shield of deflecting, which, thanks to Helz, I realized I messed up... so no big loss there (i ed/max/min'd it)
IK belt/glove
Gore riders
2 20 dex Ravens
Rare ammy: tele charges, +2 mastry, 36% CR, 4 max dmg, 9 str
Full of nice charms: Some skillers, sharps, small vitas, many with 2nd mods, including enough fhr to hit the last breakpoint.
He was doing 5.4k listed damage at 9 frame zerk, so thats almost 11k w/ DS, which will 1-2 hit most anything under level 70, and a good bit more above it. (zerk being unresistable and all)
He had almost 3.1k life.
So, before I even duel anyone, a level 53 barb named Tilto-Whirl whispers me to duel him. I enter his game, do the whole BO/switch out gear routine... go out to duel him, 1 swing, he flux's, rejoins, same thing, 1 swing, half life and hes gone. So, he's had enough, first victory!
Then I was challenged by a level 52 FoHer named Charm. I didnt know he was a FoHer until I saw the conviction Aura on my merc... first FoH takes him down, I tele next to him as I take a FoH, being in normal, does next to nothing, and 2 zerks later his ear is in my invintory.
His friend, a level 62 paladin (turns out to be a HoTO using hammerdin) wants his turn... Xey and Valar are telling me not to do it, but theres no fun in only dueling people I think I can beat, right?
So, he comes out, lays a hammer field... I'm just watching him, then he walks to the right, hoping I will follow down through the edge of it. I inched closer, too close, and took a hammer, bout 1/3rd of my life. Wait for the original hammer field to dissipear, and for him to move closer to me, then I tele'd him. 1 Zerk later he chickens...
Dont really remember the next few ears, I think it was 2 sorcs, and 2 necromancers...
Then today, I hostile a Baal run, and EVERY single one of them.. 6 people, chickens. They come back, and someone says "want to duel?", which of course means "my level 98 barbarian" So I humor him, having no intention to duel whatever he brings back... Until I see that its a level 84 necromancer...... using Trang ouls full set!! So, that was exciting... He hostiles me and runs out, spams spirits, I run out, circle behind him, cut back so hes not aiming spirits in my direction for a second, tele him, he is gone as I land, before I even got to land a hit...
I then proceeded to kill a level 72 sorceress from the game, she kept stepping out and spamming FB at me... I waited till I saw a FB coming, 2 teles later I'm next to her, 2 zerks later a level 72 sorc ear is in my stash.
Then, 6 or 7 ears, and many wins (and no losses) later, I enter a hell dueling game, and hear some 60 barb saying how a 70 paladin sucks and whatnot, so I challenge the paladin (I saw him using a bone shield, making me think he was a caster, turns out it was his BOing setup for CTA, and he was a charger) So anyways, I go out, he charges once, blocked, I connect once, but I didnt see how much damage I did.. he charges away, turns and charges me, and I'm dead.
Well, as always, I'm not upset over the loss of my dueler, because I'd rather have a great time and take risks than never die, and only duel people lower than me or who I know I can beat, so that was very fun.
Other noteable duels:
In-liquorsicc, a level 47 smiter, very fun duel.... he kept knocking my health way down, and I'd juv, then SLIVER him with a zerk, and he'd juv, until he finally ran away, deciding not to wait a few more zerks till I got a DS or high roll, and KOed him :xdrunk:
Also dueled a level 72 barb in some baal run, a 49 fireclaws bear, and some town hugging bear druid who decided to chase me down... All chickened when I hit them. Surely some other duels in there which I dont remember... So, dont duel level 70 paladins in dueling games. I think he was using BoTD, based on his level and build, but thats a guess.... (also based on the fact he dropped 3,1k life in 1 hit on the first shot)
Well, back to mfing, to fund whatever less expensive dueler I decide on.
