Best hell/nm Countess runner?

What character can do hell countess the fastest or best i was thinking of making a countess runner and start stackin the runes =-P

Orb/CL Sorc would work pretty well, but Countess runs aren't all that profitable. It seems Lower Kurast runs in full games are the new crack cocaine. For those all you need is a char that can run fast or teleport, and can hold a lot of charms.

if you need to run anything but chaos sanctuary and a4 in common, IK baba is fast enough, but most importantly, needs no skillers to steal room from life charms, and my god, he doesnt die! :) you can even stack 150+ mf on him and still be safe as in lords pocket.

Hammerdin's would seem ideal because nothing down there is immune to hammers. But a hammerdin could be better used elsewhere. Like PhatTrumpet said, hell countess runs aren't that great and if you want to find some runes/charms, do lower kurast runs in full games.

Hmm, I actually kinda like countess running... sure, you find a LOT of low-mid runes (like Ralish) but if you keep em all, and upgrade them, it does add up... Maybe its just because I like upgrading runes a lot.. makes my low runes seem like good finds :xgift:

Last season I had a nova sorc who absolutely owned countess. In hell countess and her group are always cold immune and she is fire immune as well. You will be greatly disapointed though if you are doing these with the idea of getting anything over FAL on anything more then a 1 in 200 run basis.

That being said and Orb sorc works great for the trip down. There is on average 20 champion packs in the tower. Ive done almost 50 runs today and my best rune is a HEL but ive gotten 2 ele druid gcs and an eth crown of thieves from monsters on the way down.

I used a CL/FO sorc last season to do over 250 countess runs (recording the results), and what I got for mid runes was... Um, Pul, Lem x3, Fal x2, Ko x2.

250 runs takes a long time. By the end, I'd decided that teleporting to her wasn't worth it. As has been said, the drops along the way are nicer than her drops most of the time. I switched to a Psn/Lightning Javazon, which worked very well for that.
