I have seen so many zealots using diffrent aura, that I have no idea which I should use. And btw. Iam planning to make a PvP zealot.

Here are some zealot builds I have seen.

Fana zealot. Just max fana, zeal, sacrifice, holy shield, defiance?
HF zealot. Max holy freeze, zeal, resist cold, Holy shield , Sacrifice or salvation.
bAim zealot. Well.. same as fana but maxed blessed aim.
Conv. zealot. Maxed conviction instead of fana or blessed aim.

I know there are many other zealots, but I think those are the most used zealot builds.

Almost every one says that fana zealot is the best, but is it?
And if it is are those skills I said the best ones?

20 Zeal
20 Fana
20 Holy shield
20 Sacrifice
20 defiance

And then what about stats?

Str: over 100 or none??
Dex: well this one I know. Enough for max block ^^
Vita: All the rest

Because I dont actually know the best equipment for PvP zealot I dont know how much str Iam going to need. Maybe with enigma I dont need to put a single point to str..?

Well.. At a moment I need help from all the "pro" zealots :xsmile3:

A lot of your questions will be answered if you read the "Paladin Guide thread" or do a quick search....

Read Stoutwood's PvP Zealot Guide. It should be in the stickied "Paladin Guides" Thread at the top of the page.

Stoutwoods guide is indeed good. But there is viability in a paladin using another aura. Not that you would be as successful against Fanatic Zealots...but I life Holy Frost.

I use this aura against opponents with low cold rez, against casters and trappers. Some of the equipment includes stacking of auras...but it is pubby. In Temple, I am trying to outfit the Frosty with other equipment that increases cold damage and reduces enemy resistance to cold. I am not sure how this will work.

Against Were-barbs and others, I use beast to shift and then slap on a 6-SHAEL PB and turn on HF. It has had some success...and it is fun to play.

If you are inexperienced with Zealots, I would highly recommend reading Stoutwood's guide. Also, if your experience with them is limited, I would go for the "Vicious Turtle" build. This way you can have a bit more defense if you make an error in a duel. His "Glass Cannon" is more for experienced zealots.

Well I have played for four years and Iam experienced with Paladins (at least I think so..). The only reason why I posted this was that I have never had a "godly" pvp paladin. Usually I have just made a pvm paladin and my most paladins are sub-classes. Like frost zealot, Liberator, Cleric etc. I think I have made like 5 zealots, but I usually just got owned by enigma using barbs. Anyway thanks for your help.

Zealots are not godly pvp paladins. They are generally segregated into their own zeal only or melee only duel games for a reason :) What you have in mind is probably a v/t, liberator, or mage build.

While a single zealot setup may not be able to kill all classes, a carfully chosen inventory on a solid zealot build will allow you to own all sorces, trappers, zons, and most barbs, fohers, wind druids: the only class that consistantly kills even the best zealots is smiterdins.
