Wut skill(s) would base suit a PvM Ladder Bear?
I haven't made it yet because i don't noe wuts skill(s) to use, cause i am suppose to be in a party with a hammer pally and a orb and nova sorc.

A good place to start out with is the guide stickies, the dragoon's pvm guides even though they are geared more towards .09 they still hold true.

Well, since you are partying with a hammer pally its safe to say you damage will be decent enough. In which case, focus on oak sage, its more party friendly considering they are casters.

Oak

Those are some skills you should sink points into. Also, get a point in shockwave, it does wonders in PvM to stun enemies.

I think Zabo hit the nail on the head. Take advantage of the concentration aura and go phys. With a might merc, conc, and a fast attack you will leech pretty well. You are basically the only tank of the group so you will need it. Sounds like a good group. Have fun.
