544 Defence

the Defence seemed to be very high, so i checked the stats of wirefleece and I've figured out that this wire fleece spawned with max Defence possible on this armor.
I wonder what is the highest %ED on superiors?

I will make a Wealth armor from that. Probably some (but not all) piece of Archon Plate would be better, but I am not patient to get one... And the difference would not be that much..

I believe that 15% is the best you can get for superior. So it would be 481 times 1.15 for ~ 551 def max.

Archon Plate would be 524 tunes 1.15 is ~ 602 def.

Not a big deal IMO. Go for it.

A Superior armor with +ed will get a base def of max+1 which is then modified by the +%
so best wire fleece would be [(481+1)*1.15] = 554
similarly the archon would be 603 at best.

554 is the best for fleece, i have sitting and waiting a 691 4 soc sacred (15ed 10 dura) and a 4soc 554 Fleece (15ed 14dura). Maybe one of these months they will put out some new recipes for us on the ladder. That way i won't feel like i have been hording em for no good.

It's interesting that non-single players aren't familiar with how hard it is to get a decent rune self-found, no trading. 8-9 Ists for a wire fleece Enigma? Not in my lifetime unfortunately.

Exactly!!! Even those Lem's are not around the corner, and I've forgotten that I've used my last one to upgrade that Duriel's Shell. So no Wealth yet. I think I'll be visiting countess frequently.

I can proudly announce that from january (or at least very soon after christmas) I will move to a place closer to school, and then I'll get free cable, free broadband, free power, and as much warm water as I can ever dream of! 12 square metres isn't much, but the rent is only 1700 NKR per month, which translates into about 200$ per month! My own place! Weeeeee!

Oh, yeah... when that happens, I'll be joining you bnet ladder guys as soon as it resets (or even before, just for fun)
