All this new hype over Kickers gets me. I love them being so Underused that hardly anybody knows what's going on when I fight them. But, I suppose we have to live in such times, eh? Guys, just try not to give Kickers a bad name. Keep the name good, make sure you are Good Mannered and don't retaliate to morons. Kill, kill, kill.

On another note. I want to duel anybody out there willing. Longwood, I've been messaging you for about a week, wake up, dude. Anyways, any Kickers who want a challenge, give me a shout. I'm on all the time, and this weekend especially. Account's RtD-Espeonage, and my new account, where my new Kicksin will be made, is Espeonage, the o is a zero. USEast Non-Ladder, by the way. Anyways, hit me up for a good duel, I guarentee I'll put you through your paces in the very least. Happy dueling, boys.

I'm personally sad to see kickers becoming so popular. I used to feel unique... :(

Funny thing is that a well built kicker will be almost expensive as a WW sin, and has a steeper learning curve.

I'd just like to agree with Espeonage, don't make kickers lose their good name. They are some of the most respectable duelers out there, and I don't want to see that change.

That's definitely true. My Kicksin packs some major expenses. Not to mention at the very least, a whole bunch of gold whenever her Enigma feels the need to be irritating. But along with that goes the skill. They are, in my opinion, THE most difficult characters to master (except perhaps a Fire Elemental Druid, which I'm building now ;D). But gaining an efficient Wake of Fire lock, and holding it whilst dodging attacks and maintaining Mind Blast is difficult enough while you're trying to Dragon Flight in and Talon. But to add on to that, we need a moderately decent amount of Strength to achieve a decent damage, therefore not attaining nearly the same life as a WWsin. (I hit 3.3k, but WWsins I've met reach 4k.. Depressing..) But I love Kicksins. Assassins are and always have been my favorite class, I don't see that changing any time soon. Gogo underused! :winner:

If i may, try getting a few RAL runes, the ones you'd usually never pick up...
Put one in the cube, add the enigma and stir... Voila, instant repaired enigma (as long as it's not eth).

BTW kicksin was my 2nd assassin build and i find it quite powerful but somewhat boring since i couldnt level without help... Bone necros didnt like my kicksin either :)

Wait a second, can someone tell me the nonladder repair recipe?

BTW, I do enjoy dueling kickers, I'm a WWer myself but I've never met a kicker yet that was a jerk. Their names aren't like "PvP-IoWnYoUNuB" Like most assassins out there.

Although I'm not a kicker myself, I wish all the kickers out there good luck!

Oh, the best is when people tell you that using claws with low ED is a stupid idea for a kicker. Every time I show them my gear, they tell me I should be using something else (BotD, Nat's claw, etc).

*sigh* I hope it stays this way! :)

That was the recipe, works either in ladder or non ladder:
Ral for armors, add flawed gem for filling up charges too
Ort for weapons, add chipped for charges as well

For more info check Arreat Summit's page on the Horadric Cube, that lifesaver:)

Very sporty of you, if you're on Europe NL whisp me and i hope to learn from you, @ *jg_omega

Oh, I know the recipes, it's just when I haven't been into PvM for days on end, the Rals tend to run down very quickly. You know how it is.

My favorite is when I'm told daily to use Beast Zerker. I hear how bad @$$ their Kickers are with their super fast Kicks and their super high damage from Fanaticism..

"ThinksHesSpecial was slain by VendettaRed."
"ShouldntTalkCrap was slain by VendettaRed."
"WhatWasHeThinking was slain by VendettaRed."

Needless to say, I try to politely steer them along the path of NOT being a moron and guide them toward a better choice, upon which they bring their Oh-So-Glorious Kicksin, hostile me, and abruptly die. Fleshripper pwns. Love it. I'm not mean to these people. Why do they do this to me?

Oh! By the way, Longwood, dude, good duels the other day, you rocked me straight melee, but I got you in all-out! ;D

Agreed. Although my kicker was never finished (still lvl 9 :cheesy: ), I still take pride in being a member in the first wave of kickers from this forum. Now everyone is "discovering" them, and acting like this class has never been done before. Puhlease! Well, I guess we have to be accepting and not act elitist, as long as everyone doesn't turn this into a new fad.

I made my second kicker shes pretty insane now, my first one took down casters easily but this one can kill anything. I wasn't really sure if my changes would work out well but they did so im happy.

But anyways i play us-east ladder and I've only seen one other kicker.
