stats on best boots you've found

What are the stats on the best boots you've found? Mine are unique demonhide boots with stats as follows:

Infernostride
Demonhide Boots
Defence: 96
Durability: 12
Req. Strength: 20
Req. Level: 29
5% Chance to cast level 8 blaze when struck
20% faster run/walk
Adds 12-33 fire damage
+125% Enhanced defence
+15 defence
+10% to maximum fire resist
Fire resist +30%
67% Extra gold from monsters
+2 to light radius

those are my boots. if anyone has anything better, i'd like to hear it.

I'm half expecting this to be a joke, but there are way better boots out there than infernostride.

There isn't much wrong with infernostride, they are better than most any blue(magical) boots out there, but let's take these boots for instance:

Defense: 140-162
Required Level: 47

+160-200% Enhanced Defense (varies)
30% Faster Run/Walk
10% Chance Of Open Wounds
15% Chance Of Crushing Blow
15% Deadly Strike
Requirements -25%
+20 Maximum Stamina

Now these are excellent boots for any physical dmg type character, especially an bowazon.

or, for those mfers out there:

Defense: 120-139
Required Level: 42

+150-190% Enhanced Defense
25% Faster Run/Walk
+10 To Vitality
+10 To Strength
Adds 15-25 Damage
40% Slower Stamina Drain
Attacker Takes Damage Of 5-10
30-50% Better Chance of Getting Magic Items

or if you like the fire resist on infernostride, but want something a bit faster:

Aldur's Advance

Defense: 39-47 (varies)

Indestructible
40% Faster Run/Walk
+180 Maximum Stamina
10% Damage Taken Goes To Mana
Heal Stamina Plus +32%
+50 To Life
Fire Resist +40-50%

Not to mention the resists they get with the sets

But, you can't really complain about infernostrides, they're not too bad :drink:

i found some rare boot i use over any unique (if i dont need the ow, cb, ds, of gores)

+36% cold res
+17% fire res
+22% light res

i like em a lot but i am look for some with 3 resist over 30% and fhr, but its hard :grrr:

but if we are talking about unique boots my top favs are war travs, and ethereal sandstorms

nope, but i use them for a sorc so the frw isnt needed and a lot of ppl use nigma on just about every character so imo frw isnt a big deal anymore. but the frw would have been nice :thumbsup:

I have long been of the opinion that unique boots all suck except for Gore Riders and the Marrowwalk bug, and that endgame boots should always be rares. Ideally they'll have
30% Run/Walk, 10% FHR, 3 High Resists
and Magic Find & Gold Find for kicks.

I don't think that there are one pair on boots that are the best for every character. It all dependes on what your character needs or what you are wanting to do with your character. When I was hurting for mana I woe silkweaves. Now that mana is no longer a problem I wear a pair of war travs with perfect 50% mf.

I go for rare boots as well. My favorites are

30% frw
10% fhr
18% fire resist
32%l lightning resist
18% mf

Best boots I'v found (this was off of nightmare andariel in Classic USWest Ladder):

30% faster run/walk
10% faster hit recovery
+38 cold resist
+25 lightning resist
+34 fire resist

I can't stand anything with under 30% frw. And 40% is preferable. Now, if only I could find a Merman's Sprocket with 65% frw. :) But I like war traveler. IK boots + IK gloves also give some nice IAS as a bonus.

i'll bet he could outrun tele'ers with a charged feral. not that it would matter since 'wind' sucks. but yeah.

when i saw them bots before the 1.10 came out, i thought thay would be the boots you would see on every character, iirc thay as mad magic absorb way too over powered though, this is why you dont see then now
