First thought Iron Golem for lvl 30 tele-necro pker. Otherwise might be an ok merc-weapon even though I'd rather go both with a regular bone hew or weapon of choice reapers. I might be wrong and it's value be lot greater but imo Pgems item.

Without any good second mods such as ias, ll, etc. I don't see it being much more than low rune value.

One of those "almost godly" items that pop up and makes u shake your head.
