Sorry to burst your bubble, but someone is offering it for 15 pgems on this forum. I don't think you'll get Um or IK armour for it. or even close.

Well, just because one person is under pricing it by alot, doesn't mean I am going to do so also. I'll admit ik armor is abit higher worth then jallal's, but um isn't since you can get that from nm forge. Also, shako is more common then jallals, but I don't know of any shapeshifters that would use shako over jallals.
